Spreadsheet to Cabrillo
Turn your 2026 spreadsheet contacts into a Cabrillo file to download and keep.
Log submission for 2026 is closed. Submissions reopen in September 2027.
1. Enter your contacts in a template
Use one row per contact and keep the header. Enter UTC dates as YYYY-MM-DD, times as HHMM or HH:MM, and frequencies in kHz. Keep the entry cells formatted as Text so a time such as 0035 retains its zeroes.
Record both sent and received reports and locations. Copy your sent location down only when it stayed the same. Keep portable callsigns exactly as logged; both forward slashes and backslashes are literal characters.
Column guide
- Date UTC
- UTC date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Keep this column as text. Example:

2. Convert your contacts
This tool creates a file with your callsign and contact lines. Review its headers in a text editor to add other entry details.
Conversion stays in your browser. Your spreadsheet and generated log stay on your device. Downloading or previewing a log does not submit it.
